Frequently asked
Does ScorAxis support scanned PDFs?
No — text-based PDFs only. Resume exports from LinkedIn, Naukri, Word, Pages, and Google Docs all work. Scanned images of paper resumes do not.
What happens to my resume after scoring?
Stored encrypted (SSE-S3) in our private AWS account in ap-south-1. Parsed JSON sits in a private RDS Postgres database. Deletable on request — see the privacy page.
How consistent is the score?
Same resume — same score, within ±3 points across runs. The deterministic rubric (v1) is frozen for reproducibility; the AI half can vary slightly across model calls.

Yes — the six deterministic checks and five AI dimensions are documented on the methodology page.
When will I get charged?
