Service description

ScorAxis (“we”, “the service”) scores PDF resumes against an applicant-tracking-system rubric and surfaces top issues. We don't apply to jobs on your behalf and we don't rewrite your resume.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the resume content you upload. One account per person; sharing accounts violates these terms.

Acceptable use

• One human user per account.
• No scraping, automated bulk uploads, or reverse-engineering of the API.
• The free tier is limited to 10 uploads per user per day to protect shared infrastructure.
• No malware, no PII for anyone other than yourself, no content that violates third-party rights.

Score accuracy

ScorAxis provides an estimated ATS compatibility score. We do not guarantee any specific job-search outcome, interview, or offer. Real ATS systems vary by employer and the score we compute is a directional signal, not a prediction.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your resume and any content you upload. We keep ownership of the rubric, scoring code, and the ScorAxis brand. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of returning your score and storing your history.

Termination

Either side may end the relationship at any time. You can delete your account from the app or by emailing aakashdas276@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
